3. Refund Policy

Payments made for WellnessGuide digital coaching, diet plans, consultations, metabolic assessments, wellness programs, and digital services are generally non-refundable once the service has started.

• WhatsApp or online coaching support already activated

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only if payment was made by mistake, duplicate payment occurred, or service access was not provided due to a technical issue from our side.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on the payment gateway or banking provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised before service activation, consultation completion, plan preparation, or digital access delivery.

Consultation Cancellation

Users may request rescheduling before the consultation time. Missed appointments without prior notice may not be eligible for refund or free rescheduling.

Program Cancellation

Once a coaching program, diet plan, assessment, report, or digital access has started, cancellation will not usually qualify for refund.
